Eric proudly attended Exeter Township High School where he graduated in 1968. He then attended Franklin & Marshall College and graduated with an A.B. In 1972; then went to Temple School of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1976. He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Bar, U.S. District court, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 1976.
Eric is a member of the Berks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association). He has been peer review rated through Martindale-Hubbell and has earned their “Distinguished” rating both in legal ability & ethical standards since 1985.
